Thank you for your interest in the Sierra Nevada Lavender & Honey Festival, a family-friendly event showcasing all things lavender and honey and highlighting regional agriculture, artisans and businesses. We will begin accepting vendor inquiries for the 2025 festival in January 2025, so please check back to submit an online vendor inquiry.
Following are the requirements to be a vendor. If you answer yes to a question below, you may qualify. Please note that resell products are not allowed, and all vendors and products are vetted by a vendor committee.
– Are you a regional lavender or honey producer?
– Are you an artisan that makes and designs your products?
– Do you produce unique, handmade specialty foods?
– Do you prepare food on-site that will knock our socks off? And incorporates lavender or honey?
– Are you a local nonprofit organization?
How much does a vendor booth cost? Booth fees start at $250 for a 10′ x 10′ front-facing booth. Additional charges may apply if you want or need a corner booth, additional space, temporary Reno business license or health department permit.
